Let's Get Started
Before you book an appointment, follow the steps below to ensure an efficient signing---
1
Before You Book
We suggest you don't sign or date the document (some documents must be signed and dated in the presence of a Notary).
4
Witnesses
Often times we understand you may require additional witnesses whether it be for your documents or because you have an expired ID. Ensure your witnesses have a valid ID. If you need witnesses, feel free to contact us ahead of time so we can provide if needed.
2
Have Documents Prepared
Make sure you have all the pages of the document(s) being signed, not just the signature page.
5
Have any questions or concerns? Feel free to reach out to us so we can better understand your needs. You will also get more information about pricing for our services.
3
Have State-Acceptable ID
Make sure all document signers have state-acceptable ID that are unexpired. As a Notary, our job is to screen our signers and ensure we follow state laws.
6
Once you are set, you may now book an appointment with us. You have the option of choosing a mobile signing where we come to you, or a remote signing where we provide the notarizations through your computer. Choose the option that is most convenient for you!
